The Patty Melt
The Patty Melt was installed in the Window on Broad Street at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA during the second half of October 2008. A study in cattle production and climate change, cows were cast in chocolate and grazed on an astro-turf pasture in a westward facing window. The installation's progress was tracked daily through The Patty Melt blog.
Following the installation, The Patty Melt was printed using blurb.com and explains the effects of the sun on the chocolate cattle.
